thunderbird-title.jpg

The new Mozilla Thunderbird 2 is out and it is available for Windows, Mac and Linux platforms in 35 languages. Thunderbird 2 have a lot of improvements including new mail alert notifications, refreshed user interface and supports for Vista. But there’s one MozillaZine member said that he got an error message while upgrading from Thunderbird 2 RC on Vista. I think Vista got a lot of compatibility issues with it and I hope it will get better in the future. Anyway, I’ve installed it in my XP machine and it works fine with me. I’m importing all of my favorite feeds into Thunderbird as my favorite offline RSS feeds reader. This is the best alternatives for Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook. Download it now at Mozilla.com.

Smorty.com is a blog advertising service that connects advertisers with bloggers. Of course as usual advertisers will pay bloggers for posting their opinion and link back to the advertisers site. What I like about Smorty.com is that they have their own scores for each blogger who join and have completed the task. These scores are based on the performance of that particular blogger. Plus you can get other activity summary such as how many posts have been taken, approved or declined. Earning reports also available in Smorty.com’s member account like total earnings for the last 7 days or last month and pending earnings. So what are you waiting for, if you want to get paid for blogging this is your chance.

cigarettea.jpg

Just imagine the look on peoples faces when you take one of these special cigarettes from your pocket, drop it into a cup full of water and after a while start enjoying your hot cup of tea. Of course there’s tea, not tobacco inside of these cigarettes and the filter works like a float.

Hello Friends,

Avatar from Bloggeratto has put up a comprehensive post on how to get your blogger navbar to auto-hide like the Microsoft Windows taskbar. This means that after using the code from his post you can make the blogger navbar hidden and it appears only when one hovers the mouse cursor over the navbar section.

To view what I am talking about, just view Bloggeratto in Firefox and check out the navbar section. See how the navbar appears when you bring the mouse cursor near it and auto-hides when the mouse cursor is taken away. You can learn this hack on Bloggeratto from here.

There is so much humor in sex. Is it me or is it the World that’s failing to understand? I mean, why do we have to read news items like Church warden charged after sex with corpse? Totally uncalled for.

Here are a few quotes that take sex lightly and make fun of people who don’t get enough of it.

Life is a sexually transmitted disease.
R. D. Laing

I’m too shy to express my sexual needs except over the phone to people I don’t know.
Garry Shandling (1949 – )

Leave it to a girl to take the fun out of sex discrimination.
Bill Watterson (1958 – )Calvin in “Calvin and Hobbes”

I know nothing about sex because I was always married.
Zsa Zsa Gabor (1919 – )(this one is my favourite!)

I can remember when the air was clean and sex was dirty.
George Burns (1896 – 1996)

Golf and sex are about the only things you can enjoy without being good at.
Jimmy Demaret

An intellectual is a person who has discovered something more interesting than sex.
Aldous Huxley (1894 – 1963)

Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place.
Billy Crystal (1947 – )

Nobody will ever win the Battle of the Sexes. There’s just too much fraternizing with the enemy.
Henry Kissinger (1923 – )
